Horiolizin H (EC 3.4.24.67, enzim izleganja košljoribe (komponenta), visoko horiolitički enzim (HCE)) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza unutrašnjeg sloja omotača ribljeg jajeta. Takođe hidroliza kazeina i malih molekula kao što je sukcinil-Leu-Leu-Val-Tyr-7-(4-metil)kumarilamid
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u košljoribi Oryzias latipes.
